Framework for Cultural Responsive Teaching
1.       Environmental Foundation: The students as well as the teacher will create a well-structured and safe environment to enhance learning.
2.       Role establishment: The teacher and students will create a respectful and professional relationship to enhance learning and understanding.
3.       Cooperative Establishment: Students will learn to work together as one to complete assignments.

4.       Environment implementation: Students will take what they’ve learned in the classroom and implement it into their personal lives.

    If you are to implement this framework in your classroom, what visual aid would you design to catch students' attention?
